Compete To Be the Next Junior Golf Tournament Champion

Junior GolfGolf Fairfax is excited to announce a series of exciting and entertaining Junior Golf Tournaments this summer. These tournaments provide young golfers with an excellent opportunity to experience the game, showcase their skills and challenge themselves with some friendly competition.

There are a variety of formats and tournament venues throughout the county to suit every junior golfer’s skill level and location, ensuring an inclusive and competitive experience for all participants.

  • July 15 (8 a.m.) – Junior Club Championship held at Oak Marr Golf Center: The tournament features a 9-hole stroke play format for two age divisions - 12 and under, and 13 to 17. Prices will be awarded for first, second, and closest to the pin in each division. The golfer with the lowest overall score will be crowned the champion. Tee times will be assigned two days before the event. Cost is $30 per player.
  • Aug. 6 (8 a.m.) – Junior Championship Tournament at Pinecrest Golf Course: Next in the series is the Junior Championship tournament held at Pinecrest Golf Course on Aug. 6 from 8 a.m. to10 a.m. Junior golfers compete in a 9-hole individual stroke tournament across three age divisions: 7 to 10, 11 to 13, 14 to 17. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place in each division and to closest to the pin. Limited to the first 48 athletes to register. Cost is $45 per player, which includes lunch.
  • Aug. 11 (9 a.m.) – Junior Club Championship at Burke Lake Golf Center: Junior golfers will compete in an 18-hole individual stroke play format divided into three age divisions – 10 and under, 11 to 13, and 14 to 17. A closest to the pin contest will also be held. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place in all three divisions, with a special prize for the overall low-gross champion. Cost is $30 per player.
