Election Returns

UNOFFICIAL Fairfax County election returns are available after the polls close at 7:00 p.m. on Election Day and updated throughout the night. Only Fairfax County precinct returns are available on this website. For more frequent updates and complete unofficial district and statewide returns please visit the Virginia State Board of Elections Website. The Fairfax County Electoral Board expects that UNOFFICIAL returns may take longer than usual this year due to the complexity of the ballot: there are 99 candidates, a school bond question and 76 different ballot styles. Returns are expected to be updated every hour throughout the night as the county's 239 precincts report in after the polls close at 7:00 p.m.

Previous Election Returns

You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer to view and/or print returns for previous elections. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, visit the Adobe Systems download site. Download and install the program according to the instructions. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and is distributed by Adobe Systems. Previous election returns, maps and statistical reports, are available only in PDF format.
