Democratic Primary Election
Tuesday, June 17
- Primaries have been called for the offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and Virginia House of Delegates members, but will only be held if two or more members of a party have declared candidacy for the office.
- On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, there will be a Democratic primary election. In Fairfax County the offices contested will be Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General.
- There is no Republican primary election for statewide offices or for Fairfax delegate districts because there is only one Republican candidate for each office.
