The cemetery is located 20' SE of the Group Campsite parking area, immediately opposite the entrance at Bull Run Marina. An iron fence surrounds six headstones, two toppled, and at least three unmarked graves. There are indications that there may be additional burials outside the fenced area. A wooden sign is laying on the ground next to a large poplar tree that is growing within the fence.
