This 1/8 acre graveyard is surrounded by a native stone wall. Eleven large boxwoods encircle the site. The cemetery itself is planted with periwinkle and contains 12+ grave depressions. There are two gravestones present, and an article entitled "James Haley - Sgt., 1st Va. Regiment" published in the Yearbook of the Historical Society of Fairfax County (Vol. 10, 1969), is accompanied by photographs (dated Mar. 1967) showing the two headstones.
