This cemetery is located on an island in the middle of Dowden Terrace. There are no gravemarkers or other surface evidence of a cemetery. This cemetery remained unidentified until 2021. A descendant of the Lacy family confirmed that this is the Lacy Family Cemetery. Lawrence Lacy; his wife, Nancy Rollins Lacy; their son, Beverly J. Lacy; and his first wife, Miranda Cleveland Lacy are buried here. This is based on first-hand information from Lyda Miranda Lacy (1891-1995) who lived nearby for 103 years. The Lacys owned property in this vicinity from c. 1807-1995 and the family never placed any markers.
