Coordinates the activities of departments, functions and programs in
the deputy county executive group

Has a liaison relationship with the Economic Development
Authority, Water Authority, Park Authority, McConnell Public
Safety and Transportation Operations Center (for transportation)
and the Department of Housing and Community
Development (for development and revitalization).
