Commission for Women Members
Members are volunteers appointed by the Board of Supervisors to three-year terms. The Chairman of the Board appoints two at-large members.

Student Representative
The student representative will serve as a non-voting member, aiding the Commission in gaining perspective on issues facing young women and serving as a conduit of information to peer groups and student organizations. The Commission will serve as a mentor in helping the student get involved with and understand issues facing women and girls in Fairfax County.
