	Description	The Community Services Board serves Fairfax-Falls Church residents with, or at risk of, severe and persistent mental illness or acute psychiatric emotional distress; mental retardation; or alcohol or drug abuse or dependency. The CSB has a Central Services Unit that provides leadership, professional direction and management for the CSB’s policy development, directly operated and contracted programs and services.
