Tuesday, April 21, scheduling changes for:

  • Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court and the JDRDC Clerk’s Office — Closed all day, due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have a case docketed for a hearing on Tuesday, April 21, do not come to the courthouse. The Clerks’ Office will contact all parties to reschedule hearings.
  • JDRDC Court Services Unit — Open all day for intake, probation and residential services.
  • Circuit Court — The Circuit Court docket will start late. Jurors summoned for jury duty tomorrow are to report at 10:30 a.m. Calendar Control hearings for continuance requests and emergency matters will still occur at the regular 8:30 a.m. time.

 

Three Virginia courts serve the residents of Fairfax County: Circuit Court, General District Court, and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. The courthouse is located at 4110 Chain Bridge Road in Fairfax.
