- Smoke alarms for rental or leased housing units are the responsibility
of the owner or landlord. The owner is obligated to service,
repair, or replace any malfunctioning smoke alarm within five
days of written notice from the tenant.

and their families by providing funding for research, therapeutic

- Funds continuing education programs, including graduation awards
