Walking Tour of Restored Stream at Lake Fairfax, Oct 6

The first phase of a stream restoration project located within Lake Fairfax Park in Reston, Va., was completed in late August 2017. The project restored 2,220 feet of Colvin Run, a tributary of Difficult Run, which drains into the Potomac River. This was a joint project completed by the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services and the Fairfax County Park Authority.
