Classes are designed to offer low and high intensity options to accommodate all fitness levels. Choose the flexibility of the Aqua Flex Pass or reserve your spot in a class.
Pool Calendars & Lap Lane Schedule
Spare your joints and get an impactful cardiovascular workout by lap swimming! The Park Authority strives to maintain a standard of at least three lap lanes available to the public whenever the pool is open.
Private and Semi-Private Lessons
These lessons give you individualized attention to help improve or master swimming skills. You set the agenda by working with the instructor to determine goals. Your lessons are is customized to meet these goals.
Interested in becoming a Lifeguard or Swim Instructor? These courses covers skills and knowledge necessary to become a certified Lifeguard or Swim Instructor.
