Description:
The Office of Human Rights and Equity Programs (OHREP) consist of the Human Rights Division (HRD) and the Equity Programs Division (EPD). The vision of OHREP is to promote justice, equal opportunity, diversity and inclusiveness by protecting the civil rights of all in Fairfax County. Both divisions provide recourse for the public and Fairfax County Government employees in response to alleged discriminatory acts and provide education and outreach to the residents and businesses of Fairfax County.
