Description:
Mail Services provides comprehensive mail support to all county agencies. Mail Services collects, processes and distributes incoming United States Postal Service mail as well as county inter-agency mail, and processes all outgoing mail. Mail Services handles more than 25 million pieces of mail a year. The largest mailing (790,000 pieces) is the yearly Real Estate and Personal Property Tax billing notices. Mail Services helps county agencies determine the most efficient and cost effective way of mailing materials.
