The Code of Virginia requires all Juvenile and Domestic Relations district Courts to provide probation services. When the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court places a juvenile on probation, the Court refers the juvenile's case to one of the following four Probation Services Units operated by the Court Services Unit.
