• Description:
• Capital Facilities (CAP) supports the land acquisition, planning, design, and construction services for the implementation of County capital construction projects including public buildings such as police stations, fire stations, libraries, etc. and projects implemented through Public Private Partnerships and other alternative delivery methods. CAP is also responsible for the implementation of infrastructure improvement projects such as streetlight projects, sanitary sewer extensions, sanitary pump stations, pollution control plant expansions/upgrades, and the land acquisition and construction management of transportation and stormwater projects.
