14 Early Voting Sites Now Open Until Oct. 31

Early Voting: 14 locations on Oct. 14

Starting Wednesday, Oct. 14, there will be a total of 14 early voting sites that will be open from Mondays to Saturdays, including the Fairfax County Government Center.

Early voting at the Fairfax County Government Center will be available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Early voting at these satellite locations will be available weekdays from 1-7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.:

The Great Falls Library will be open for early voting on Saturday only beginning Oct. 17.

Any registered Fairfax County voter can vote early, and can cast their ballot at any early voting site. The last day to vote early is Saturday, Oct. 31, at 5 p.m.

You may drop off your completed mailed absentee ballot at any location during early voting hours. Ballot drop-off boxes are located outside the voting room.

Please double check the hours before coming to an early voting location.

Curbside Voting Available

Curbside voting will be available at every early voting location, and it is offered to those who are 65-years-old or older, or any person with a physical disability.

However, election officials strongly recommend that voters curbside vote at the Fairfax County Government Center where there are 20 spaces set aside. Other early voting locations may only have one or two spaces available because their parking lots are smaller compared to the Fairfax County Government Center.

At the Fairfax County Government Center, curbside voters should park in the marked spaces in the parking lot in front of the building’s left-hand side. Poll workers are outside ready to assist these voters. These procedures may change during inclement weather though.

Regardless of where voters choose to curbside vote, they should still expect significant waits.
