11. How can I obtain a copy of an incident report?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view these files.

Obtaining incident report information and a FOIA request form can be found on the the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests and General Information page. Incident reports prior to July 1987 have been destroyed and are no longer available. To ensure report availability and obtain additional information call 703-246-3992.
