After Hours Media Contact Information

As a reminder, news representatives must call the Department of Public Safety Communications to receive information on emergency incidents after normal working hours, weekends, and holidays. News representatives must call 703-280-0694 and ask for the Duty Public Information Officer (PIO) to be paged. The Duty PIO will return the page as soon as possible.

During normal hours, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., news representatives should call Public Affairs and Life Safety Education, 703-246-3801, for inquiries.
