Firefighters encountered heavy smoke showing from the attic and roof of the two-story home upon arrival. Firefighters quickly brought the fire under control, confining the fire to the attic and second floor. The occupants were home when the fire broke out and escaped unharmed. Smoke alarms activated and provided early warning to the occupants. Two adults and one child have been displaced. Red Cross support was not necessary.
