Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department fire investigators charged five juveniles with setting multiple fires in the Landmark area of Alexandria within Fairfax County on Wednesday, November 3, 2010. The male juveniles ranged in age from 10 to 14 years old.
The juveniles were charged with larceny (Virginia Code 18.2-103), burning or destroying property less than $200 (Class 1 Misdemeanor, Virginia Code 18.2-81), and burning an occupied dwelling (Virginia Code 18.2-77) relating to a residential fire on October 17, 2010.
There was no significant damage to the residence and there were no injuries.
