This document provides the Fire Marshal fee structure for plan review time, acceptance testing, building fire inspections, retesting, occupancy inspections, fire prevention code permits and document requests.

FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS
INITIAL ACCEPTANCE TESTING FEES

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, ALL TEST TYPES	FEE
Reguarly Scheduled Workday	$96 per hour per inspector or $24 per quarter hour or part thereof per inspector
Overtime - will be invoiced	$300 per hour paid in advance or $150 per half hour

FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS
ACCEPTANCE TESTING REINSPECTION FEES
The following matrix is a guideline in determining when a reinspection fee for fire protection systems tests will be required. This fee shall be charged every time an inspection request is made before the work is clearly ready to be inspected, or is not cancelled in time to save an unnecessary trip by inspectors.

1.	The reinspection fee will be invoiced.
2.	A minimum of 24 hours notice (one business day) for test cancellation is required.
3.	The reinspection fee shall be charged at the rate of $96 per hour per inspector, or $24 per quarter hour, or part thereof, per inspector.
