FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - HOUSING
Limited emergency financial assistance is available for rent payments. ECHO will consider working with persons living in subsidized housing if referred by an agency worker. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Normally assists only once in a 12 month period.
