COMMUNITY/NEIGHBORHOOD RESOURCE CENTER
Drop-in center that offers a safe, relaxed setting for family-oriented programs, resources, activities and classes to strengthen families in their communities. With a focus on self-sufficiency, parenting and family support, the centers are supported by CBOs, business, and county agencies. Services offered: referral services, computer use, teen and youth programs, parent and child programs, language classes, legal services, tutoring and homework help, and assistance with benefits forms.

Organization Description: Provides programs in Fairfax County for youth and families, including programs for teen mothers, homeless and at-risk youth. Operates a crisis runaway shelter that provides short term care for teenagers. Answers a 24 hour hotline 1-800-SAY-TEEN for teens in crisis and at risk for running away.
