SUPPORT SERVICES - ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
CRi offers medical supports by a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in Medicaid Waiver homes to prevent hospitalization or admission to a nursing facility or ICF-IID facility. Examples of skilled nursing care include intramuscular injections, insertion of Foley catheters dressing changes and teaching diabetes care. Continuous medical supports are considered Private Duty Nursing and are determined on an individual basis.
