TRANSITIONAL HOUSING/INDEPENDENT LIVING (LIFT TWO) - YOUNG ADULTS
Provides apartment-based transitional housing to foster care youth to prepare them for independent living. In addition to housing, individuals receive vocational or job training and education, life skills training, medical care, counseling, psychotherapy, substance abuse education, and referrals to community-based support services.
