SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR HOMELESS ADULTS
Offers three programs, Linda's Gateway, Home Connections and Triumph, that provide transitional or permanent supportive housing to homeless adults. Supportive services including budget counseling, connection to community resources, ESL, basic needs and transportation assistance, and services for children. Also life skills training to increase access to financial, medical and employment resources.
