COMMUNITY/NEIGHBORHOOD RESOURCE CENTER
Herndon Neighborhood Resource center is a collaborative effort of Fairfax County, Cornerstones, and Connections for Hope Partnership. Services include ESOL classes, citizenship classes, adult computer skills training, GRANTS Alternate High School, mental health counseling, domestic violence and sexual assault counseling, crime prevention, HEP student enrichment program, WIC program through the Fairfax County Health Dept., and GED classes through Fairfax County Adult Education. Computer Learning Center program for children, support services for single parents, housing counseling, pro bono legal and immigration legal services, HIV counseling and more.

Organization Description: Annual campaign collecting new backpack and schools supplies for distribution to area students in grades K through 12. Applications are accepted beginning late June and supplies are distributed to select partners schools.
