CHILD SUPPORT ORDER ENFORCEMENT
Assists parents and children with enforcement of child support orders through administrative and/or court action. May be used when a non-custodial parent has failed to comply with a support order. Absentee parents may be located via locator service of DCSE. Clients must authorize DCSE to enforce a support obligation. Clients receiving TANF or Medicaid authorize DCSE to enforce the support order in their application for benefits.
