• The Joseph Willard Health Center temporarily closed on October 1, 2025, to allow for the construction of the Willard-Sherwood Health and Community Center Project. During construction, services will be available at other Health Department public health centers. The vital records office located at the Joseph Willard Health Center is also closed and will provide services at the other public health centers. Fees and eligibility for services vary by program. Call 703-246-7100 for information.
