Effective immediately, all cases in Circuit Court will be scheduled in a High-Tech Courtroom. However, Circuit Court staff do not provide technical assistance during a trial. There is also a CLE " Technology in Fairfax Courtrooms: Come Kick our Tires!" offered by the Fairfax Bar Association

You may make arrangements with the Circuit Court IT staff for an orientation session that includes instruction on the various pieces of available equipment, and the opportunity to test the equipment you will be using in the courtroom to help ensure there are no compatibility issues.
