A Special Permit Extended Hours Request applies only to community pools or swim clubs subject to special permit approvals that include conditions specifically limiting the number of nighttime events.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
All special permit extended hours requests must be submitted electronically through the PLUS application portal.
There is no fee for a special permit extended hours request.
A special permit extended hours request may take approximately 14 calendar days to process if no additional information is requested or required.
Required Documents
A special permit extended hours request may require the following documents:
Property Plan: An aerial photograph of the property/venue where the event will take place. This document is required.
Special Permit Resolution: A copy of the special permit resolution issued to the club/association by the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA). This document is always optional.
