Procedures Update
At the October 27, 2021 Planning Commission meeting, an update to the Commission bylaws was adopted. Please note that there will now be a Planning Commission Action in lieu of a verbatim. This document will be available on the Planning Commission website the day following each meeting and will include the vote, all motions (including any follow-on motions), and any waivers and modifications. The full meeting can be accessed through bookmarked video recordings posted by Channel 16. All previous verbatim transcripts will remain accessible on the Planning Commission website and can be accessed under the Publication section.
Please also note that the deadline by which members of the public can sign up to be included on the speakers list has moved from 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Members of the public can, however, still decide to speak during the public hearing either in-person or by phone. Similarly, while written testimony may be submitted until the public hearing is closed (or until decision if the record is noted as remaining open), in order to ensure distribution to the Commissioners by the start of the public hearing, written testimony must be submitted by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
