This Plan amendment revised Plan recommendations for Tax Map parcels 83-1((23))1-364 and 83-1((1))32 within Land Unit I of the Huntington Transit Station Area and the MV1-Huntington Community Planning Sector. The approximately 19.5 acre property is generally located south of Huntington Avenue, north of North Kings Highway and west of the Huntington Metrorail Station. The amendment modified the Plan option to recommend transit-oriented mixed-use development up to an intensity of 3.5 FAR, with conditions.
