Adults with Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes

Friends, relatives, or caregivers of a person diagnosed
      with Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes

  What to expect at the workshop?

8-16 participants with Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes

Workshops led by two trained leaders

The opportunity to give and receive support

A copy of "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions"

(Sessions are held for 6 weeks every Monday from June 15th to July 20th)

Facilitated by Inova ElderLink, the Diabetes Self-Management Program is a free 6-week group interactive workshop series for individuals interested in learning how to live better by effectively managing their Pre-Diabetes or Diabetes.
