Fairfax County's The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program

The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program is a free 6-week interactive workshop for individuals interested in learning how to live better by effectively managing their pain. Learn about pacing & planning, defining pain, gentle exercises, and so much more! Space is limited, and preregistration is required. Caregivers welcome! Presented by Inova ElderLink/Fairfax Area Agency on Aging. This workshop will be held at the Falls Church Community Center (223 Little Falls Street Falls Church 22046), Thursdays 04/09-05/14, 1-3pm.
