Bingo + Gentle Exercises = BINGOCIZE® (Free)
(Sessions will be held every Wednesday and Friday, 2-3pm, from Oct 2 - Dec 13, 2024)

Bingocize® is a free 10-week program that combines the game of bingo with fall prevention exercises (seated or standing). Come play bingo, win prizes, and meet new people while learning about techniques to reduce falls and increase activity.
