A committee of the Partnership for a Healthier Fairfax, the Promoting Behavioral Health Team has several responsibilities, including:
- Implement the actions listed under Behavioral Health in the Community Health Improvement Plan;
- Coordinate local implementation of the Northern Virginia Suicide Prevention Plan;
- Develop and consider services and initiatives for Healthy Minds Fairfax; and
- Identify and share local resources that help promote behavioral health.

- Attend a Promoting Behavioral Health Team meeting. The team meets the third Friday of each month, from 10 a.m. to noon, in Government Center Room Conference Room 7.
