Speaker's List Sign-up - Planning Commission



Online requests to speak before the Planning Commission must be submitted prior to 3:00 P.M. on the day of the public hearing to insure your place on the pre-registered speaker's list.

Speakers may also call (703)324-2865 prior to 3:00 P.M. on the day of the public hearing to be placed on the pre-registered speaker's list. TTY users please call (703) 324-7951.

Speaking Time If Registered Prior To 3:00 P.M. On The Scheduled Public Hearing Date: 5 minutes for speakers addressing the Commission on their own behalf or on behalf of a business. 10 minutes for speakers representing a civic, citizen, or homeowners association. Only one registered representative per association is allotted 10 minutes. Individual association members who have registers may speak on their own behalf, with a 5 minute limit.

Speaking Time If NOT Registered Prior To 3:00 P.M. On The Scheduled Public Hearing Date: 3 minutes for all speakers, regardless of whom they may represent.
