This must be submitted and approved before renting any ADUs. It also must be approved before any RUPs are issued for the development. -
First Rider to
Declaration of Affordable Dwelling Units Covenants - revised as of Feb.
28, 2006 (PDF)
The First Rider establishes the beginning date of the ADU Control Period as the issuance date of the first ADU Residential Use Permit (RUP). It is to be executed by the applicant and the Department of Housing and Community Development and recorded by the applicant upon issuance of the first ADU RUP. -
