Financial Literacy
The Northern Virginia Urban League offers the six week Credit
Smart classes in Alexandria. Classes will be held at the South
County Government Center, 8350 Richmond Highway, 2nd floor conference
center, Alexandria, VA 22309. For more information and to reserve a
seat, please call Geoffrey Tate at 703-836-2858 or email Geoff at
CEELOBA@hotmail.com. In order to get a certificate, attendees
must complete the entire series. This is a financial literacy
partnership with the Fairfax County Department of Human Services and the
Homeownership and Relocation Services Division of the Fairfax County
Department of Housing and Community Development.

- Establishing and Maintaining Good Credit; Avoiding Credit Traps

Our Daily Bread, Inc., offers the six week Credit Smart classes at the Falls Church Skill Source Center, located at 6245 Leesburg Pike, Room 305, Falls Church, VA 22044. In addition, Our Daily Bread offers budgeting classes and mentoring.
