What We Do

Fairfax County has activated its Heat Plan for Tuesday, June 24, in response to an extreme heat watch issued by the National Weather Service.

When Fairfax County’s heat plan is activated, cooling centers around the county will be available during normal operating hours for individuals needing relief from the heat.
