2014 Junior 4-H Camp

Sunday, July 13 – Thursday July 17, 2014, Registration deadline May 30, 2014.

Junior 4-H Camp is a 5 day, 4 night overnight camp for youth aged 9-13 held July 13-17, 2014 at the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational and Conference Center in Front Royal, VA. Campers have the opportunity to pick roommates and are then placed in a room with campers of similar age. Each room is part of a Pack involved in different contests on various days and awarded for spirit and participation.  Each day, campers go to three different classes that they choose prior to arriving at camp. There is free swim and recreation time each day, as well as evening programs and a campfire. The camp fee is $305 and includes meals and lodging, class supplies, a t-shirt, and transportation to and from Front Royal to the Government Center. Applications are due May 31, 2014 to the Extension office located at 12011 Government Center Pkwy, Suite 1050, Fairfax, VA 22035.
