Mental Health Services
Mental Health Services of the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board seeks to promote individual and community well-being by reducing mental illness, emotional disturbance, and acute emotional distress. Our staff seek to assist and support adults with severe and persistent mental illness, children and adolescents with severe emotional disturbances and children and adolescents at risk for developing severe emotional disturbances, and empower adults, children, and adolescents to live self-directed and productive lives and achieve their fullest potential as valued and contributing members of their communities, and provide services for persons in acute psychiatric or emotional distress, and support to families of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbances.
