Fairfax Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court has moved.
The Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court has moved ACROSS the Public Safety Campus to the THIRD FLOOR of the new Fairfax County Courthouse Building located at 4110 Chain Bridge Road. This complex is the building in which the Circuit Court and General District Courts are currently located.
Courts Jurisdiction
The Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court has jurisdiction over juvenile matters, offenses committed by adults against juveniles (youth under the age of 18), and family matters, except divorce, in Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, and the towns of Herndon, Vienna and Clifton.
