What We Do

The Fairfax Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP) is a criminal justice program that uses community and state services to reduce the problem of driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. ASAP identifies and provides appropriate services to offenders convicted of driving under the influence, or other substance abuse-related charges.

Probation Services for Court-referred clients (to individuals charged with, or convicted of, driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) and/or other drugs)

Programs are available in English and Spanish. ASAP is a self-supporting fund.
