TextCSB Adult Outpatient Programs located in Falls Church Have Moved to Annandale
County’s Human Services offices in Falls Church, including some CSB staff, have moved to Annandale.

Please note:
- CSB staff and the Consumer Wellness Center have moved out of the Falls Church Human Services Building and are now in the new Annandale office (7611 Little River Turnpike, East Building, Annandale).
- Staff will have their same phone numbers and email addresses at the new location.
