Partnership for a Healthier Fairfax - MAPP
Partnership for a Healthier Fairfax (PFHF) is a coalition of community members and organizations that are working together to strengthen the public health system and improve community health.
The Partnership is conducting a community-driven strategic planning
process known as Mobilizing for Action through
Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) to identify public
health issues in the Fairfax community, and develop goals and
strategies to address them.
Happening Now
Partnership for a Healthier Fairfax is currently in Phase IV of the MAPP process, the identification of strategic issues. PFHF has synthesized the results of the assessment phase into cross-cutting strategic issue areas. Teams are being formed to further define the issues and to create a plan to address them.
