Fairfax County Health Department provides services at locations throughout the county, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Health Department’s main information line is 703-246-2411. Clinics call center can be reached at 703-246-7100. The TTY phone number for all Health Department sites is 711.
